Create a new Management Object     NOTE .doc is not supported by this tool

2Agree to the tool Terms of Use
3Click on “New”
4Enter the required new object into the tool
5Click on “View” to see the graph of the new object. If required, copy a screenshot that can be pasted into a document.
6 To export the management object click on “Export” and save the generated file.
7If it is required to include a definition of the management object in an MS Word document then insert the contents of the table fields into an MS Word template document and save the document.

2 Agree to the tool Terms of Use
3Click on “Import” and the “Browse…” MS Word file button. Select the MS Word file to import and click on the “Open” button.  
4Click on the “Upload TS” button.
5If the MS Word document contains multiple objects then select the required management object to be loaded into the tool by clicking on the pull down selection box. Then click on the “Import” button.
6The “View” page should display the management object graph. If required, copy a screenshot that can be pasted into a document.
7To export the management object click on “Export” and save the generated DDF file.
8To update the Management Object the MS Word document can be edited directly. The tool can then be used to generate an updated management object graph and DDF file.

2Agree to the tool Terms of Use
3Click on “Import” and the “Browse…” DDF file button. Select the DDF file to import and click on the “Open” button.
4Click on the “Upload File” button.
5The “View” page should display the correct management object graph. If required, copy a screenshot that can be pasted into a document.
6Click on “Editor” and make the required changes to the management object.
7To export the management object click on “Export” and save the generated file.
8If it is required to include a definition of the management object in an MS Word document then insert the contents of the table fields into an MS Word template document and save the document.
