Creation of Agenda placeholder directly from the Portal meeting Tab

  • Select WG
  • Select Meeting Tab
  • Select icon to reserve the Agenda
  • Select OK
  • Select Go to the meeting list

  • Select icon to enter the eMAM tool
  • Select Create New Agenda or Create Copy

Update Agenda DetailsAgenda Flow Process Update Agenda sections Guidelines

  • Select  icon to enter eMAM
  • Sections 1,2,3, 4, 5 and 6 automatically updated
  • Add submitted documents to the Agenda
  • Confirm required documents submitted to meeting are present

Automatically/manually Upload & email WGAgenda Flow Process 

  • Upload
    • Automatically - 
      • Confirm all the details in the Agenda are correct
      • Click Upload document
    • Manually - 
      • Click 'Export Agenda Word Document'
      • Confirm Word doc details correct
      • Upload doc to WG docs area
  • Confirm document has been uploaded in portal
    • Click Email Agenda
  • On receipt of the automatically generated email
    • Check email and forward to the WG

Create Agenda RevisionAgenda Flow Process Create Agenda Revision Guidelines

    • Select icon to enter the created Agenda
    • Edit/Update the agenda details as required
    • Click upload document
    • Click email Agenda
    • Check email and forward to WG
