How to access Issues

On the Dashboard you can look under: 

  • Assigned to me
  • Activity Stream
  • Issues

 

Assigning Staff

Once in an issue to assign issues to a staff member in the ticket just click on assignee

 

Responses

To respond to a ticket click comment add a comment in the comment field.  You can share it with the customer or respond internally. 

 

Under details you can change the Type, Priority or labels.  

 

Resolutions

To Resolve and Issue Click on Resolve Issue

Please note that an issue has to be Assigned to have a resolution.  Currently new issues start as Open, and need to be assigned to someone before they can be closed.

Choose Resolution and make any notes before resolving the issue.
