Creating A Ticket Via Email 

Two options for sending in a helpdesk ticket, via email or via the web interface

Email to helpdesk@omaorg.org

  • Use subject as the question
  • Place detailed description in the email body
  • Attach any screenshots or documentation.  hint attaching screenshots will often achieve faster resolution.

 

Creating a Ticket Via The Web

Click the Helpdesk link in the portal or go to https://helpdesk.openmobilealliance.org/servicedesk/customer/portals

Log in via Corporate Sign On if necessary

Select Open Mobile Alliance Help

 

Choose between General Inquiry or Get IT help to send your request to the most relevant party.

State your Question/IT Issue and enter details.

 

 

If you want to add a file you can do so now.  

 

Responding to IT Support Comments and Changes

From the Help Center Home, you can come back in and check on your request or add information at any time

Go to Help Center -> My Requests.  

You can search for the request or click directly on it. 

You can add comments from either the top or bottom of the issue thread or add attachments
